Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fire safety products and solutions. Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on customer enquiries. Promote and sell fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, hydrants, PPE, and other fire safety products. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports. Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitors. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety, security systems, industrial equipment, or related industries. Good understanding of industrial, commercial, and residential safety requirements. Knowledge of fire safety products and systems, including fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, hydrants, hose reels, and fire suppression systems, will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
