Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
  • Promote and sell fire safety products and services to industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct client visits, safety presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and follow-up.
     

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Sales &
  • Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety, security systems, industrial equipment, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of industrial, commercial, and home safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of fire safety systems (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, suppression systems, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
