Job Description

Lextorah is seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing students.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Provide accurate information on courses and enrollment
  • Follow up on leads and manage student records
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate updates
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (education sector is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must reside in Yaba or its immediate environs (mandatory)
